About Grace

I am a remote provider of tax preparation, tax consulting, tax payment resolution, CFO, bookkeeping, audit/review services for smaller companies/non-profits, and Payroll Services. I have been in business for over 15 years and am a CPA/MBA. I am also a pro-advisor for Quickbooks I prefer client who are able to work with me online. So they would need to be able to use zoom and put documents into a portal online. They need to understand that CPAs an other tax preparers costs more than turbo tax due to our experience and education. I would also like a client who is interested in their business and inquisitive.

Individual Returns — $500–$2,000/year: Return cost is based on the complexity of the return. The base would be 2 W-2s, EIC and the top end would be SE and rental propery owner. || Business Returns — $500–$10,000/year: This would be prep of an S-Corp 1120-S, Partnership 1065, or C Corp 1120. This does not include bookkeeping services. || Bookkeeping Services — $200–$1,500/month: Provide monthly, quarterly or annual bookkeeping for clients. This includes bank reconciliation, adding invoices,etc to Accounting software, and prep of financials for client || Tax resolution Services — $1,000–$5,000 per project: Provide services calculating resolution options such as abatement, Installment payments, and offers in compromise. We then wil assist with IRS. A $500 retainer to is required to schedule a rep consult
