Monthly Bookkeeping — $400–$4,000/month: Each month we will categorize all transactions, reconcile all bank, credit card, & key account accounts, and send a financial recap || QuickBooks Setup & Cleanup — $500–$3,000 per project: We will set up and configure your QuickBooks Online account, optimize your chart of accounts, cleanup historical transactions, and correct any misclassified, duplicated, or omitted transactions || AR & AP Management — $300–$1,000/month: We will handle invoicing & customer payment tracking, & bill entry & vendor payment tracking. We will monitor outstanding receivables & payables & coordinate with you to support cash flow visibility.
