Elizabeth “Libby” Horbaly is a Wealth Manager for Marotta Wealth Management.She graduated from Virginia Tech Summa Cum Laude and holds an Honors Scholar B.S. in Business with a concentration in Financial Planning. She also has a Minor in Psychology. During her time at Virginia Tech, Libby was an active member in the Virginia Tech collegiate chapter of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) where she attended a national FPA conference.Libby joined the firm in 2019.She currently lives in Norfolk, Virginia with her husband. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, sailing, and spending time with her family.
