How the money works
<p>If you are an accredited investor, Ark7 allows you to build a custom single and multi-family real estate portfolio. Choose your properties based on all financials and location data. Your rental income is distributed monthly to your account. Plus, ride appreciation when your home equity goes up.</p>
<p>Ark7 charges a 10% management fee that comes out of rent. This fee covers the cost of marketing the rentals, collecting rent, handling maintenance and repair issues, responding to tenant requests, and pursuing evictions, etc.</p>

<p>All data is protected by Transport Layer Security (TLS) that ensures any sensitive information is accessible only temporarily with an ever-changing token.</p>
