AxiaFunder offers a fast, flexible funding solution for legitimate cases including those with clear legal merit and sound economics but that for whatever reason have been unable to secure finance. With a flexible structure that still maintains the critical legal and financial expertise in house, AxiaFunder is usually able to appraise your case and make a funding decision faster than AxiaFunder's larger peers.

AxiaFunder would typically receive 2 fees: i) an “Upfront Fee” at the time of investment generally equal to 7-10% of the total sum invested. For smaller issuance amounts, we may charge a higher percentage. We always disclose our fees in the Offer document; ii) if the case is successful, 20% of the net return generated by the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV). Note that these fees are recovered by AxiaFunder from the SPV and are not payable directly by investors.

Individual case investments carry high risk. However, by diversifying across many case investments, AxiaFunder believes that the risk can be significantly mitigated. These high-risk uncorrelated investments should form part of a wider diversified portfolio of investments.
