How you make money

HappyNest gives everyone the chance to invest with one of the lowest minimum investments in the real estate investment space at only $10. Users are able to buy and sell shares through the HappyNest app unlike other public non-traded REITs. Dividends are the most common way for users to grow their money. HappyNest pays out at least 90% of their net income as dividends. HappyNest real estate shares also have the potential to grow in value. Just as stocks function, to make money, you will have to sell those shares in the future for a higher value. The HappyNest team specializes in acquiring properties that have irreplaceable locations, long-term leases, and credit-rated tenants to withstand the test of time.

How they make money

Luckily, HappyNest does not charge any platform or broker fees. Although, there is a 3% acquisition and disposition fee and a 0.5% asset management fee that is paid to the advisor. Additionally, their sponsor is allowed to charge a $1 administrative fee to each HappyNest account. If there happens to be an administrative fee, it will be deducted from the linked bank account monthly. This fee is not payable by the company.

Investment Risks

HappyNest's investments are single-tenant net leased assets in locations that are considered essential businesses. The diversified portfolio of net lease properties is intended to enhance risk-adjusted returns and reduce the volatility in your investments. HappyNest looks for investments that have long-term net leases to credit-rated tenants who have guaranteed corporate leases and rent increases. With HappyNest's innovative and secure technology, your personal information is protected and HappyNest never sees or stores your bank information.
