Each share you buy will provide you the right to earn a fraction of the profits of that LLC. If you buy all the shares of the LLC, you’ll get 100% of the profits earned by its property.
There are no fees for investors on Landa's platform. However, Landa charges a management fee ranging from 7%-9% from the monthly rent. An acquisition charge ranging from 4%-6% will need to be settled on by investors each time a new property is added to Landa.
