How the money works
Starting at just $50 per share, Commonwealth allows you to buy shares in racehorses and experience the thrill of owning a racehorse. Quality racehorses from around the world are identified and acquired by Commonwealth's bloodstock team. All offerings are qualified through the SEC regulatory process, then, split into equity shares. If your horse wins, you receive your share of net earnings.
Investments could have transaction fees that vary per horse. After your initial investment, you are no longer required to pay anything else for that horse.
Investment risks
Each offering is highly speculative in nature, involves a high degree of risk and should be purchased by persons who can afford to lose their money. The horses you invest in may not provide the return you expected if their performance is poor.
