Diversify your portfolio with a recession-resistant asset class. Invest in US farmland.
InvestYou make money two ways. Through land price appreciation. The team values the property annually, if the land is sold you will receive your portion of the proceeds. You also make money through land income, farm together rents out the land, and you receive income after taxes and expenses are paid.
FarmTogether collects a 1% management fee on the investment amount annually. They also charge a 1% on the investment amount as a reimbursement fee. They also take an additional 10% on any capital gains generated as a one time fee at the time of sale.
