They are crowdfunding solar projects by partnering with top solar installers around the country to source strong solar investment opportunities. Which is then run through Wunder's underwriting and quality insurance process. Wunder also handles the legal side of the deal.

Wunder charges investors a 0.25% annual fee.

Wunder does a lot of work upfront - and on an ongoing basis - to mitigate default risk, however, investors should be aware that returns are not guaranteed.
